Welcome to the website of Upendo Flowers! Located in Kenya and Dubai we supply Kenyan flowers all over the world. We also do the exclusive sales and marketing for Batian Flowers of which the link to the website can be found on the right.

This website will give you an insight of our company, what we can do for you and of course not to forget the type of Kenyan flowers and varieties which we can offer you. Kenya has become the European Union's biggest source of flower imports and overtaken Israel as market leader. It has a 25% market share, beating ColombiaIsrael which each have about 16%. Two thirds of these Kenyan Flowers go to the Netherlands via global distribution hubs like ours in Dubai.  The product offer of Quality Kenyan Flowers , cut, ready to go, labelled, date-coded allows us to ship Kenyan Flowers world wide ensuring the very best quality of Kenyan Flowers arrive at retailers and in the hands of consumers. and dominates the trade in cut Kenyan flowers worldwide through its auction halls which of course we also supply, but Upendo also distribute Kenyan flowers to many other global destinations using a global distribution network.

Valentine's Day is a big date for Kenyan growers, thanks to the country's perfect match of high altitudes and equatorial sunshine and abundant roses.  Roses are a major Kenyan flower export of course and the busiest time of the year is Valentines day, many flower varieties are home grown in Kenya, roses make up 74% of Kenya's flower exports, followed by carnations which are the most popular flower in Britain but there are many hundreds of flower species that are grown and exported from Kenya.

Getting so many flowers from the Kenyan fields  to market in just the right state at the right time involves major preparation for growers, and significant experience and effort on behalf of the global distribution company.  Quick and rapid distribution at exactly the right time ensures that your flowers arrive fresh on your table just days before they were growing in a Kenyan flower field.  Almost all Kenyan flowers are then cut and wrapped and exported in cooled containers on chartered aircraft, to reach consumers within 48 hours this allows Upendo flowers to manage the whole shipment and global distribution process from the global air hub of Dubai for Kenyan Flowers world wide.
